I think my only feedback would be that sometimes I felt that paid appointments were a bit rushed. As you know we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of patient care, and on this case fell short of the mark in your massage session where your notes couldn't be accessed. I'm pleased that you're otherwise very happy with the level of care you've received, but we aim for people to be 100% satisfied! Kam was absolute fantastic - I went from 15 degrees of movement in my leg to walking normally in just 3 weeks. Being able to use the gym every day was a huge help and everyone at the practice was consistently kind and helpful. Any time I have needed physio over the last 6 years I have gone straight to Kam. He has got me through marathons and injuries and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He explains what is going on in a way you can understand but more importantly he really knows what he is doing and gets you back to being injury-free quickly. I completely trust him. He also, along with Rebecca and Aaron at reception, shows a real interest in you as a person. Cam and Kam are both brilliant. I would not dare go to anyone else for physio related treatment. My shoulder pain got better after one treatment and my knee and thumb (after my skiing accident) felt a lot better after 3 treatments. 5 years ago we were recommended to go to West London by, successively our GP and two top specialists (one for my wife and one for me). This was our first our first exposure to the quite excellent service and advice given to our family and friends by Cameron and his team. Among many things - my wife saw a podiatrist who recommended an ankle operation. Cameron sorted that problem with some simple exercises. A friend was told he had to have a knee operation - I suggested he saw Cameron - a few simple exercises and that was sorted. Lastly I have had 5 years of back trouble culminating in two operations and multiple steroid injections. During this period West London were brilliant in the treatments given , the advice and not least the support given - both in consultation, telephone and email.
