I think my only feedback would be that sometimes I felt that paid appointments were a bit rushed. It would be nice to feel that your therapist is taking the time to read your chart and know a bit more about your case. – Most importantly, do you have any constructive feedback or rave reviews for us?

Many thanks for your feedback and good to speak over email. As you know we pride ourselves on providing the highest level of patient care, and on this case fell short of the mark in your massage session where your notes couldn't be accessed. I'm pleased that you're otherwise very happy with the level of care you've received, but we aim for people to be 100% satisfied! As discussed, we would like to refund the massage session and provide you with your next massage or physio session without charge. Thanks again for taking the time to leave constructive feedback.
