I had never had / needed Physiotherapie before , so. I didn’t know what to expect ! I had such a painful back when I went in to see Chris and after the first session I was significantly better. He diagnosed exactly what was going on and the treatment and instructions were exemplary, and I was very clear on what to do to get back to full fitness when I left the practise. The follow-up was equally on point and my back has improved exponentially since. The level of care has been exceptional, Chris has listened to me at every stage and the plan that I am undertaking and he frquently adapts my treatment to match my post surgery needs. I have made steady and significant improvements to my mobility at a rate that I did not expect so soon after significant surgy to my shoulder. The support staff are friendly and happy to help. I have found the service and therapy provided to be outstanding. Of particular significance is how Liam listened first to a description of the issue and second, to my feedback of each exercise. This might seem like something all physical therapists would do, but in my experience, it's not always the case. I also much appreciate the plan laid out during the first visit and the building of steps and exercises with each subsequent visit. Communication is clear, concise, and the therapy exercises recommended have all been realistic and quite effective.
