I can’t thank David enough for helping me recover from a shoulder tendon repair operation ... I still have a way to go but with his professional help and guidance I’m improving every week which is also great for the morale. I’ve seen numerous physios in the past for a variety of issues (including one I’m attending West London Physio for now) and I’ve never been so satisfied with my treatment. Kam is constructive, incredibly knowledgeable and completely realistic. Unfortunately, given how much I batter my body, I know I’m likely to need more treatment on other body parts in future and West London certainly have a customer for life! I was so scared that I would have to stop exercising due to the pain in my knees. David diagnosed the problem and explained what I should be doing and what I should avoid. I was thrilled that I could continue some forms of exercise. He devised an exercise plan and I can’t believe how quickly I saw an improvement. The needling also seemed to have a positive impact. This is not the first time I have had this injury but it is the first time that I have had such clarity regarding how to manage it.
