We apologise for occasionally running late. We try our best to keep to time, however on occasions we simply run over if there has been a particularly complex problem. We never cut short your session, however as you may know our 'care guarantee' ensures you shouldn't pay if there is any part of your experience that is not to the highest standard. Therefore, while your review is otherwise great, we'll make sure you don't pay for your next session with us.

I am particularly pleased that Kam has explained to me more clearly even than my excellent surgeon (well they are not perhaps always as interested as they might be in rehab) or indeed the specialist rehabilitation centre I went to for a fortnight after my knee surgery exactly why we are doing the exercises we are doing, and has planned a programme for me and is helping me follow it. It is going to be a long haul, but I feel that with Kam's guidance I will be able to mitigate the pain that has led me to West London Physio,and I could not be more pleased: a bit of light at the end of the tunnel! Having shattered my elbow and broken my wrist, I was referred to Kam for treatment and received the best physiotherapy care I have ever experienced (and being slightly accident prone, I've received a lot!). My orthopaedic surgeon told me that it would be highly unlikely that I'd ever be able to fully straighten my arm again but with Kam's assessment, treatment and various exercises, I've gone from +15 degrees off to now only 1 degree and have a full range of motion in both my elbow and wrist joints. All the team members who I met were excellent and I would recommend West London Physio, and Kam in particular to anyone. – Most importantly, do you have any constructive feedback or rave reviews for us?

I think my only feedback would be that sometimes I felt that paid appointments were a bit rushed. Kam was absolute fantastic - I went from 15 degrees of movement in my leg to walking normally in just 3 weeks. Any time I have needed physio over the last 6 years I have gone straight to Kam. He has got me through marathons and injuries and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He explains what is going on in a way you can understand but more importantly he really knows what he is doing and gets you back to being injury-free quickly. I completely trust him. He also, along with Rebecca and Aaron at reception, shows a real interest in you as a person.
