Thanks for the great feedback Will. We appreciate we are not cheap, but we do aim to provide an unmatched level of care and value. Our physiotherapists are highly experienced, and we’ve found over the years that patients require far fewer sessions to cure their problem when seen by an experienced physiotherapist. I’m glad the rest of our service was 10/10.

This is the second occasion where I have sought treatment from Cameron and his team at West London Physio. Cameron and his fellow colleagues are super professional, friendly and extremely helpful. It is a pleasure to go there with welcoming receptionists, punctual start and finish times and a group of individuals who seem to have a really sound understanding of their clients' needs. I find Cameron is highly knowledgeable of his subject matter area, particularly in the case of knee injuries and where I have required treatment. He is never rushed and takes his time to listen carefully and intently to both the context of your injury and your symptoms, before then communicating clearly and concisely his thoughts and views on the potential injury root causes and possible course of treatment. In my case, this included an attempt at simulating the pain during my first visit and which he was able to successfully do. This alone provided me with a level of confidence at the outset that he had already established a good understating of what might be causing my condition. My previous physio surprisingly never attempted to do this! Cameron's recommended recovery plan then included a clear set of options starting with plan A. Unlike my previous physio, he has kept my treatment simple and very focussed such that the recovery exercises are straightforward but still very effective, as well as being feasible to fit into a busy day. My knee injury is not fully fixed yet but after just three weeks of treatment, I am extremely pleased with the progress that I have made so far having spent 2 months with another physio and not made any progress. I am very confident that whilst continuing to work with Cameron on it, we will see it through to a successful recovery very soon. Thanks again Cameron for where you have got me to so far. Iíve been suffering from neck pain for 8 years and went to West London Physio after being recommended by my doctor. I have seen many physios over the years but they are by far the best. Both Cameron and Kam are great physios that take the time to understand your problems before giving you a good diagnosis and an effective treatment plan. They are very patient in explaining everything and gave me a good exercise regime to do at home to help strengthen my muscles. Seeing them over the last few months have greatly alleviated my pain and I have also learned the causes of my pain and how postural changes and exercises can help. Going there is always a great experience as thereís never problem in booking a time (they have early morning and evening slots), they are always on time, Rebecca at the reception is really friendly and itís very convenient to get to. After years as a fitness professional and all the associated injuries sustained, I found West London Physiotherapy! I have tried various different Osteopaths, Chiropractors and Physio's and have never experienced the results obtained in 12 weeks from Kam Sowman and the exercises/techniques and advise for posture alignment he has given me. I suffered severe whiplash and only had my condition aggravated/weakened by other therapists over the years. At West London Physio the treatment I received gave immediate relief and by following the exercises and using the devices for strengthening my neck, the results have been euphoric.
