I know that 30 m is standard for physio sessions, but sessions inevitably run a bit late, it would be better to have a gap between patients or slightly longer sessions – Most importantly, do you have any constructive feedback or rave reviews for us?

Dear Silvia,

We apologise for occasionally running late. We try our best to keep to time, however on occasions we simply run over if there has been a particularly complex problem. We never cut short your session, however as you may know our 'care guarantee' ensures you shouldn't pay if there is any part of your experience that is not to the highest standard. Therefore, while your review is otherwise great, we'll make sure you don't pay for your next session with us.
