I am particularly pleased that Kam has explained to me more clearly even than my excellent surgeon (well they are not perhaps always as interested as they might be in rehab) or indeed the specialist rehabilitation centre I went to for a fortnight after my knee surgery exactly why we are doing the exercises we are doing, and has planned a programme for me and is helping me follow it. It is going to be a long haul, but I feel that with Kam's guidance I will be able to mitigate the pain that has led me to West London Physio,and I could not be more pleased: a bit of light at the end of the tunnel!
